The unimproved road connecting the west side of Garvin Park to the Loomis Land access road will be shut down for construction beginning Wednesday, January 18th, 2012.  This portion of roadway (highlighted gold) will be closed for the duration of the spillway/dam construction project.  This portion of the access road will be a paved road when it reopens after the construction project is complete.  During construction, residents and visitors of Loomis Land are encouraged to use the access road through Meadowview Acres.  Regular traffic flow around Garvin Park will not be interrupted at this time.
